Hi — I'm Dr. Jill White, I’m a pharmacist and certified personal trainer with advanced training in female body transformation. I guide women over 40 through GLP-1–supported fat loss with clarity and care.
I’ve also lived this myself. At 47, I used GLP-1 support to lose over 40 pounds while prioritizing strength, lean mass, and long-term health.
My role is to help you understand your body, make confident decisions, and move forward without extremes or guesswork—so you’re never navigating this alone.

Yes. I'll guide you based on my own experience, training, and understanding of female metabolism after 40. This is education not medical advice.
What if I'm worried about muscle loss?
That's why this mentorship exists. We focus on fat loss while protecting lean mass through structured training, nutrition guidance, and informed GLP-1 use.
Is this medical care?
No. This is mentorship and coaching. I'm not a physician but partner with one to offer the medication. If you need medical oversight, you'll maintain that separately with your healthcare provider.
What kind of support do I get between sessions?
You have messaging access and weekly phone check-ins. You're never left waiting weeks to get guidance when something shifts or a question arises.
What if my schedule is unpredictable or I travel?
This works with your life. You can schedule check in calls around your availability, and the structure is flexible. I can even help you plan around travel for success.

No. Whether you're new to a GLP-1 or are using one currently and want better guidance, this mentorship meets you where you are. We can transfer your Rx.
Why do I have to apply?
I work with a very small number of women, and this work is personal. The application helps make sure we’re aligned before moving forward.
